Founding Fullstack Engineer

We're seeking a versatile fullstack engineer who can thrive in a dynamic environment. You'll work across our entire stack to build, refine, and scale our product. This is an opportunity to shape the technical direction of a growing startup and leave your mark on everything you touch.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain features across our full stack (frontend, backend, and infrastructure)
• Collaborate with the team to define technical requirements and product roadmaps
• Make critical architectural decisions that will scale with our business
• Ship quickly and iterate based on user feedback
• Uphold high standards for code quality while balancing speed of execution
• Own projects end-to-end, from concept to deployment and beyond

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in React and CSS for frontend development
• Experience with C# for backend development
• Solid understanding of database design, optimization, and API development
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-4 years of full stack development experience
• Experience at early-stage startups or fast-growing companies
• Experience building products from the ground up
• AI/ML experience is a huge bonus
