Founding Engineer

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the technical vision and product direction as a core team member.
• Design, develop, test, and support features for our web and backend applications.
• Work with the latest large language models from OpenAI.
• Adopt or invent tools to scale our engineering efforts.
• Review code and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
• Debug and triage product issues by assessing business impact.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to production, ensuring high quality and speed.
• Tackle early-stage startup challenges with a can-do attitude.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience building production software in a team environment.
• Curiosity to become an expert in the rapidly evolving world of LLMs.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
• Passion for delighting customers.
• Adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
