We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our CEO/Founder and help lead the charge in our mission to shift the paradigm and change the industry. As the EA to our CEO, you will be apart of something extraordinary. Our CEO leads an elite organization – we choose the hard problems and provide our clients with the Ultimate Experience and this role is a key support to making that a reality.
What You’ll Do
Executive Calendar Management: Manage the CEO’s schedule with precision to ensure maximum productivity is achieved. You will be responsible for optimizing meetings, calls, and tasks. You are also comfortable coordinating between professional and personal commitments.
Travel Logistics & Coordination: Ensure a smooth and efficient itinerary including, coordinating travel and ensuring our CEO is fully prepped prior to meetings and engagements. You’ll step in as needed for last minute, urgent needs or rescheduling.
Client & Community Relations: Interact with ultra-high net-worth clients, Entrepreneurs, and representatives for community and industry groups/events. You’ll be comfortable doing pre-meeting preps and setting up speaking engagements.

Executive Presence: You’re clear when communicating with stakeholders, business owners, and senior executives. You know how to build trust, represent an elite brand, and can hold your own in high-stakes conversations.
Bias Toward Action: You thrive in dynamic environments, juggle multiple priorities with ease, and show up ready to move things forward. You've built, scaled, or helped deploy programs or initiatives—and have the results to show for it.
Credentials to Back You Up: You’ve proven yourself to be an indispensable right-hand-aid to executives - preferably within the financial services industry and for multiple of years of service at a time. You’ve put in the work and aren’t shy about putting in the extra hours to go above and beyond.
Tech-Savvy: You embrace technology to help you be more efficient. You’re proficient in the Microsoft Suite (Office, Outlook, 365, etc.) and are familiar with tools like Calendly.
