Job Summary
The Email Marketing Manager is responsible for working across multiple platforms to deliver a performance driven user experience across various channels including email, SMS, push notification, and on-site chatbot messaging that engages audiences and inspires visitors, this role is responsible for building, execution, and project management for all transactional and marketing campaigns for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day production process, execution and performance of marketing automation campaigns while working in collaboration with content and account teams
- Code, test and deploy proofs for client approvals, each proof shall be client ready by ensuring it renders across all devices and systems, all links are working with tracking, and is and both responsive in use as well as accessible from a dark mode perspective
- Coordinate production across internal teams for gathering content, assets, client goals, and scheduled deployments
- Work with client to seek approvals and working through proofing updates
- Update, maintain and segment databases of subscribers and guest data as needed
- Supports essential client marketing operational initiatives by troubleshooting technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, deliverability and other aspects of email, as required.
- Stays abreast of email marketing and automation best practices with coding, design and testing of email campaigns, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies and industry standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience digital marketing, agency preferred
- 4+ years of experience building and coding emails while measuring performance
- Demonstrate knowledge of HTML and CSS and requirements for emails
- Demonstrate an understanding of email design philosophy and platforms
- Experience with various platforms for example: Cendyn, Navis, Revinate, TravelClick, HubSpot, Marketing Cloud, Campaign Monitor, and MailChimp
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative suites, particularly Photoshop, Adobe XD and Figma
- Possess experience with analytics systems (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Able to manage own workflow while coordinating with project teams and management on schedules, requirements, goals, and assignments as needed
- Able to shift priorities quickly and examine issues both strategically and tactically
- Able to multitask, perform efficiently and well under tight deadlines
- Able to carry out detailed tasks and projects with minimal direction or supervision

LOCATION: This is a remote position open to candidates in the United States.
COMPENSATION: $65,000 - $75,000 DOE
