Email Marketing Internship

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Oversee and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all channels.
• Develop and implement new features and functionalities for the CRM system, including email automation journeys and A/B testing.
• Design, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns, including promotional, engagement, and announcement content.
• Monitor CRM performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies for optimization.
• Support client retention by managing relationships with existing customers to foster long-term engagement.
• Conduct research on business products and email marketing strategies.



Requirements

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or any related fields with a maximum of 2 years of work experience.
• Proven experience in CRM management, email marketing, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Brevo, Mailchimp, Mailjet) and email automation systems.
• Proficiency in data management, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel being a plus.
• Preferably have experience in campaign management, creative or sales copywriting, and customer service.
• Familiarity with Telegram or similar platforms for community management is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and propose actionable improvements.
• Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams while working autonomously.
• Passionate about finance and investment.
• Fluency in English is an asset.
