Position : eCommerce Designer / Performance Marketer

Working Schedule : 8a-5p or 9a-6p EST

Salary Range : $2,500 - $3,000 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

About the client:

We’re a fast-growing eCommerce brand focused on delivering premium products to our customers across platforms like Amazon, Meta, and beyond. We’re looking for a creative, data-driven eCommerce Designer / Performance Marketer to join our team and help scale our brand through powerful design, strategic content, and performance-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Amazon A+ Content Design: Create compelling visual and written content for Amazon product listings that enhances customer trust and drives conversions.
  • Email Marketing: Write persuasive email copy and build automated flows using Klaviyo that nurture leads and drive repeat purchases.
  • Ads Content Creation: Design ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Amazon Ads, optimizing for clicks and conversions.
  • Organic Content: Create visually engaging static posts for social media platforms to grow brand awareness and engagement.
  • Content Calendar Management: Plan and manage a marketing content calendar across all key platforms.
  • Design Assets:
  • Create PSD mockups for new product and campaign concepts
  • Design branded PDF guides, product inserts, flyers, promotional banners, and posters
  • Trend Research: Stay ahead of industry and design trends, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to content and campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce design or performance marketing (or both)

  • Bilingual: Spanish / English, High level both spoken and written

  • Experience and proficiency working within AI tools.

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop (PSD), Illustrator, and InDesign

  • Experience with Amazon A+ content and ad creatives

  • Working knowledge of Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, A/B testing)

  • Strong copywriting skills for emails and ad creatives

  • Deep understanding of visual storytelling and branding

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently

  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout

  • Familiarity with social and digital ad platforms (Meta, Amazon, etc.)

  • Bonus: Experience working with DTC or consumer brands
