JETSET Pilates is a fast-growing boutique fitness brand known for redefining movement, building strong communities, and delivering exceptional experiences. With studios across the U.S. and internationally, we are seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to lead our digital growth strategy, drive performance marketing initiatives, and build a scalable digital ecosystem that supports both brand-wide and studio-level success.

About The Role

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Digital Marketing to lead JETSET’s digital performance, CRM, and social media strategy. This role is responsible for growing our brand online, improving acquisition and retention KPIs, and optimizing the full digital funnel, from paid media to owned channels. You will manage key agency relationships, collaborate closely with our Field and Content teams, and support franchisees with localized execution across web, email, and social.

Digital Strategy & Performance Marketing

  • Own digital acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms
  • Lead campaign planning and execution across paid social, paid search, and display channels
  • Partner with agencies to optimize ROAS, CPL, and studio traffic outcomes
  • Align digital campaigns with brand messaging and promotional calendar

SEO, Web & Conversion Optimization

  • Oversee SEO strategy and website performance (parent and child pages)
  • Improve site UX and conversion paths in partnership with the web development team
  • Monitor analytics and reporting tools to uncover insights and prioritize enhancements

CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Develop and execute email, SMS, and lead nurture journeys
  • Build automation flows that improve trial conversion, retention, and reactivation
  • Collaborate with HQ and studios to ensure CRM communications are timely and brand-aligned

Social Media Strategy & Performance

  • Own the social media strategy and content calendar for brand-owned channels
  • Define performance KPIs and oversee reporting across platforms
  • Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager on execution, while providing strategic direction
  • Partner with Field Marketing to provide best practices and local social support

Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration

  • Work closely with Field Marketing, Franchise Operations/Support & Services, and Content teams to align digital priorities
  • Serve as the strategic lead for agency and vendor partnerships (media, SEO, web)
  • Contribute to brand campaign planning, testing new media channels and tactics
  • Support franchisees with scalable digital toolkits and education

Reporting & Analytics

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and KPIs, including ROMI, CPL, CAC, and LTV
  • Present findings and recommendations to the executive team and franchise network
  • Build dashboards to support ongoing optimization

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in digital marketing, with a focus on performance media, SEO, CRM, and social
  • Experience in franchise, fitness, health & wellness, or high-growth consumer brands preferred
  • Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, CRM, and SEO best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Experience leading agencies and managing vendor relationships
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills
