An established personal brand in the digital marketing space is seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead content strategy, grow social presence, and help elevate an already engaged audience of 50,000+ followers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, content-rich environment and has a passion for storytelling, branding, and creator-led marketing.
The successful candidate will work directly with the client to manage all aspects of their personal brand’s digital presence, with a primary focus on re-purposing long-form content into engaging short-form assets and ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with the client's personal brand and audience
- Repurpose long-form content (e.g., newsletters, YouTube videos, and social threads) into short-form content like Reels, Shorts, and TikToks
- Write compelling social copy that matches the brand’s voice and tone
- Perform light video editing to produce polished, attention-grabbing short-form content
- Manage a consistent posting schedule across multiple social media platforms
- Monitor performance analytics and recommend improvements for audience engagement and reach
- Stay up-to-date with digital trends and best practices in personal brand growth
- Collaborate closely with the client to align marketing efforts with brand objectives
Qualifications
- Proven experience growing and managing personal brands or creator-led accounts
- Strong skills in content re-purposing, copywriting, and light video editing
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, platform nuances, and content formats
- Highly organized with excellent communication and project management abilities
- Self-motivated, creative, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
