We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition efforts across platforms. You’ll manage campaigns end-to-end — from strategy and execution to analysis and optimization — and help drive qualified traffic, leads, and revenue.You should be data-driven, performance-obsessed, and fluent in the tools that power modern B2B marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other key channels
  • Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and continuously improve campaign ROI
  • Report on key metrics and insights using Google Analytics, campaign dashboards, and internal tools
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creative and landing pages
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance benchmarks
  • Build and refine lead gen workflows and nurture campaigns (experience with HubSpot a plus)
  • Explore and test new acquisition channels (e.g., Apple Search Ads, Reddit, YouTube, etc.)

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on performance and lead generation
  • Proven track record managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
  • Strong grasp of paid media strategy, keyword planning, and audience segmentation
  • Experience with conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel analysis
  • Comfortable working with designers and copywriters to develop high-converting campaigns
  • Familiarity with HubSpot for workflows, forms, and automation (strong plus)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Apple Search Ads or App Store optimization (nice to have)
  • Passion for sports events, concerts and the ticketing industry
