Digital Graphic Designer

Role Summary

Our client is looking for a Digital Graphic Designer who will develop visually compelling collateral and suggest bold new directions for the brand. He/she will work on everything from PDF collateral (spec sheets, flyers, user guides, etc.) to website layouts and on-demand content tweaks that drive the return of investment (ROI)-focused messaging.

WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

Essential Functions

• Create detailed, on-brand spec sheets, flyers, user guides, and other collateral following established style while also spotting opportunities to push our design boundaries
• Design intuitive and engaging website layouts and wireframes (no coding required—leave that for our developers)
• Tailor existing design assets to align with client messages focused on return on investment (ROI)
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure every piece of design not only looks sharp but also serves a strategic purpose
• Embrace feedback with an open mind and continuously iterate designs until they’re pixel-perfect

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred
• Proven experience in PDF/collateral design with a portfolio that screams attention to detail and creative flair
• Solid background in designing website layouts and wireframes using tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Experience in email marketing, on-demand content generation, basic video editing, and social media graphics editing is preferred
• Competence in photo editing to polish visuals to perfection is ideal
• Ability to turn raw product B-roll into snappy, engaging short-form content is an advantage
• Skills in creating compelling social media visuals that engage, and convert is ideal
• Familiarity with AI tools to help generate or analyze design ideas (not for content creation, but for that extra edge in strategy) is preferred
• Ability to follow an established design style while also suggesting innovative improvements
• Ability to notice the small things and be capable of handling multiple projects with competing deadlines
