POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented designer to contribute to marketing-driven projects, campaigns, and ongoing programs. Success in this role requires both artistic vision and technical proficiency to craft high-quality designs that effectively communicate key messages to our intended audiences. Reporting to an Associate Creative Director, you will play a key role in shaping visual content across multiple platforms.
This is a full-time temporary position scheduled to continue through September 30th, with the potential for extension or transition to a permanent role.
We are currently focusing our recruiting in the following areas.
- North Carolina - Please note, employees living within 50 miles of Pace HQ will be expected to comply with our hybrid policy (In office on Tuesdays & Wednesdays). Employees living between 50-100 miles of Pace HQ are required to come into the office once a month.

- The salary for this position will range from $47,500-60,000 ( 64,125- 76,625 for NYC and surrounding areas) depending on experience, education, geographical location, and other factors.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Assist in creating content for print, digital, and social media, including motion graphics, video, and static assets.
- Develop original designs that align with brand guidelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Design presentation slides for decks and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute creative projects effectively.

Perform other design-related tasks as needed.
WHAT WE’D LIKE TO SEE:
Education:
BFA in Graphic Design or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
Experience:
- 3+ years in a design-related role, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of After Effects is required.
Skills:
- Passion for design with the ability to inspire and engage others.
- Strong understanding and articulation of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for print, digital, and social platforms.
- Ability to present and explain creative concepts to internal teams.
- Adaptability to feedback while maintaining strong design rationale.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines within allocated hours.
