At Sii Group Colombia, we’re looking for a talented Software Engineer with strong Golang experience to join an international project for a leading client in the aerospace industry. We're looking for someone with a solid technical background, a proactive mindset, and advanced English skills to collaborate with global teams.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions using Go (Golang)
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions
• Collaborate with international teams using agile methodologies
• Ensure code quality through testing, clean architecture, and best practices

✅ Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Backend or Software Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with Golang
• Knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases
• Proficient with Git and familiar with agile environments
• Advanced English level (B2–C1), capable of working in international settings
