They’re now looking for a Creative Director who can take the wheel on creative production. Someone who not only understands what makes people click, scroll, and buy, but also knows how to manage the machine that brings those ideas to life.
You’ll oversee the production of top-performing ads and landing pages. You’ll lead an in-house team of writers, editors, designers, and devs. And you’ll build the workflows that keep great creative flowing consistently and at a high level.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
Ads: Video & Copy
- Drive the launch of high-performing ads by managing timelines, feedback loops, and delivery for copywriters and editors
- Ensure every asset that goes live is polished, conversion-focused, and strategically aligned with the brief
- Build systems that cut down production time and increase the team’s creative output
- Deliver organized, launch-ready assets to media buyers that reduce back-and-forth and improve speed to market
Landing Pages: Copy, Design, Dev
- Lead the full landing page workflow to ensure every launch starts with clear copy, clean design, and ends with a flawless build
- Reduce delays by coordinating between copy, design, and dev teams, making sure no one is blocked or waiting
- Improve QA processes so pages go live error-free and fully optimized for conversions
- Set up A/B tests that are trackable, on-brand, and aligned with CRO goals
Team and Ops
- Build a production system where creatives hit deadlines, know priorities, and stay in flow
- Streamline communication so projects move faster with fewer check-ins and misfires
- Improve team performance by clarifying expectations, spotting issues early, and coaching creatives with purpose
- Own the creative calendar and make sure nothing slips through the cracks

- You’ve led creative production at a high 8-figure/9-figure brand or high volume direct response shop
- You know what makes performance creative actually perform, and how to manage the process to make it happen
- You’re organized, systems-minded, and love keeping fast-moving teams on track
- You can manage creatives without killing their energy or ideas
- You’re obsessed with quality and speed
- You’re a sharp communicator who leads with clarity, urgency, and empathy
- You have a proven track record of writing high-converting copy for ads, emails and landing pages, and are able to showcase them through your portfolio.

30 days: You’ve audited the current creative workflow, identified key gaps, and taken full ownership of timelines and priorities
60 days: Creative is moving faster, blockers are reduced, and assets are consistently hitting launch dates
90 days: The team is more efficient, the process is cleaner, and you’re improving speed to launch without sacrificing quality
