Purpose

Lead the execution of the brand and campaign creative, inspiring a high-performing, bilingual internal team to deliver exceptional work across all channels. Bring marketing strategies to life through compelling visual and conceptual execution that supports business goals, including brand building, customer engagement, and lead generation. While this role does not own the overall brand strategy, it plays a vital part in driving its expression. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential to ensure creative is culturally relevant, resonant, and effective across our key audiences

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of creative strategies that align with brand goals, business objectives, and audience needs

Manage the creative process from concept to delivery across a wide range of media, including digital, social, print, video, and in-store

Champion and evolve the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all consumer and internal touchpoints

Drive high-impact direct response creative across digital, print, and broadcast channels, ensuring work is performance-focused, actionable, and aligned with marketing objectives

Translate business needs and marketing strategies into compelling creative briefs and integrated campaign ideas

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders - including marketing, product, and sales leadership to ensure creative solutions meet strategic goals

Review and approve creative assets, providing thoughtful, actionable feedback to uphold high standards of quality and brand alignment

Lead and mentor a team of designers and creative professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability

Partner with copywriters, producers, and other internal team members to develop and refine creative concepts

Manage creative budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on brand

Oversee creative development for retail and omnichannel campaigns, including store signage and in-store assets

Guide the end-to-end video and commercial creative process, from concept through post-production, ensuring storytelling and production quality meet brand standards

Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations - bring fresh thinking to the team

Integrate ned tools, including AI where applicable, to improve workflows and enhance creativity

Support strategic thinking and storytelling for regulated industries or complex subjects, transforming them into clear and resonant creative content

Build and nurture cross-functional relationships to support company-wide creative initiatives

Foster a culture of ongoing learning and development, providing training and mentorship opportunities

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field

8+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or Creative Director position

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required, with the ability to develop and review creative content in both languages

Proven experience leading integrated campaigns across digital, social, broadcast, out-of-home, and direct mail

5+ years managing and developing high-performing creative teams

Strong portfolio demonstrated conceptual thinking, brand development, and campaign execution

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and other design tools

Experience in regulated industries (e.g., insurance, healthcare, finance, tech) is preferred

Strong project management skills; comfortable leading multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Wrike is a plus

Strong understanding of accessible design and the ability to tailor creative for different audience segments and cultural backgrounds

Experience incorporating emerging technologies, including AI, into creative workflows
