🐝 About the Role

Design Bees is looking for versatile Creative Designers who can work across multiple design mediums: graphic design, video editing, animation, branding, and more.

Whether you’re mid-senior level or a fresh grad with an impressive portfolio — we want to see your work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design a variety of assets: social posts, branding kits, web mockups, short videos, motion graphics, etc.
  • Follow brand guidelines and deliver polished outputs
  • Collaborate with account managers and understand briefs clearly
  • Use tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, and Trello

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years experience as a designer or multimedia artist (or exceptional fresh grads)
  • Strong portfolio with static + motion/video samples
  • Skilled in Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, Canva
  • Good English comprehension
  • BONUS: Experience with AU or Western clients, or working in agencies

Device & Internet Requirements

  • 8GB RAM minimum
  • Intel i5 7th Gen / Ryzen 3 5th Gen or higher
  • 15 Mbps stable internet connection

What to Expect

  • Paid skills test(s) before interview
  • Part-time roles available (may convert to full-time based on client demand)

Schedule

  • Philippine Time (PHT): 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Follows Australian business hours (AEST / AEDT depending on season)
