The opportunity

Join our firm’s global Marketing and Communications team as a Creative Designer and help shape how CPCS presents its work to the world. As part of a fast-paced and collaborative in-house agency servicing different markets, you’ll play a critical role in supporting business development, corporate branding, and reputation building through high-impact visuals—ensuring every piece of content is clear, credible and compelling.

From PowerPoint presentations and infographics to reports, videos and digital collateral, you’ll bring strategy and creativity together to produce polished, professional work that makes a difference. Regular check-ins and close collaboration keep our design production on track and aligned with team goals. If you’re a visual storyteller who thrives on deadlines, detail, and delivering meaningful results, we’d love to work with you.

Your impact

Your work will help CPCS stand out. You’ll create compelling visuals that enhance credibility, strengthen our brand, and help key messages land with impact.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have a strong eye for design, a knack for storytelling through visuals and video, and a passion for turning complex ideas into polished, professional communications.

Your responsibilities:

  • Elevate consultant-created materials by designing and refining PowerPoint presentations for technical proposals and reports
  • Develop and edit visual assets such as icons, infographics, maps, charts, and web graphics to support business development, marketing, and internal communications
  • Design visuals for digital platforms including LinkedIn and the company website, as well as print and PDF-based collateral like brochures, reports, and cover pages
  • Follow and uphold CPCS brand guidelines across all outputs, contributing to consistency and visual impact
  • Edit and assemble video content and create motion graphics or animated GIFs to enhance digital storytelling

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong eye for design, layout, colour and visual storytelling
  • Is detail-oriented, ensuring design consistency and brand alignment across all platforms
  • Takes a creative and solution-oriented approach to solving design challenges
  • Is highly organized and can manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Works well both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • Has a self-starter attitude and is comfortable taking initiative with minimal oversight
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of professionalism and service when collaborating with consultants and supporting the design team
  • Is eager to learn and continuously develop creative and technical skills
  • Can adapt to shifting priorities and collaborate across time zones

What you bring to the team:

  • A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Design, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing or communications-focused design role
  • Strong conceptual and visual design skills with a clean aesthetic and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint (presentation design and templates) and Word (layouts and formatting)
  • Experience designing infographics, digital collateral, video content, and visuals for reports or publications
  • Ability to edit and modify photographic and video content for internal and external use
  • Versatility in managing multiple design projects with shifting priorities
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset
