Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with expertise in both web and print design to join our team. The ideal candidate will conceptualize and produce high-quality visuals aligned with brand guidelines while collaborating closely with marketing professionals, the Art Director, and the VP of Production. This role involves creating a wide range of materials, including website ads, sales literature, large-format graphics, and multi-page conference programs. The Graphic Designer will ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and completed from concept to final delivery.

*** Fluent English and French proficiency B2+/C1 is a must ***

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize visuals based on job requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Develop technical illustrations and graphs
  • Update existing files and utilize templates
  • Create website ads and graphics
  • Prepare existing images for online use
  • Design sales literature, such as ads, brochures, and flyers
  • Design large-format conference graphics
  • Design and typeset multi-page conference programs
  • Create PowerPoint templates
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic based on existing brand guidelines
  • Work with marketing professionals, Art Director and VP–Production to produce final design
  • Amend designs after feedback
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to the stakeholder
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

Requirements

  • 2 years of recent experience in graphic design for web and print
  • Talent for design, layout and typography
  • Strong portfolio
  • Proficiency in design software and technologies, including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional English communications, both written and verbal
  • Must be willing to work Mondays to Fridays, full time
  • Must be willing to attend production meetings (Central time)
