The Conversational Designer is in charge of bringing our recruitment chatbots to life, and to improve the level of engagement with over one million candidates every year, including conversational components, such as narrative, personality, and psychology.

Required / Mandatory

• Experience in design, UX, and storytelling
• Min 3 years experience in copywriting and/or technical writing
• Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish / English is preferred, additional language skills are welcome to apply
• A natural curiosity for all things tech
• Preferred but not mandatory: Basic knowledge of Dialogflow or any chatbot platform
• Must Be a Team Player and Have Excellent Problem Solving Skills
• A portfolio demonstrating both personal and team-based work
• Experience working with customers in a professional services environment (e.g. agency)

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional, rich, and fulfilling conversational experiences
• Craft high-level and detailed storyboards, mockups and task flows to effectively communicate chat and voice interaction and design ideas
• Brainstorm and collaborate with team for new ideas and strategies
• Work closely with stakeholders to convert their ideas and vision into content that candidates would love to read
• Use our content flow tools (Dialogflow) to build engaging conversations
• Review existing chatbot flows and suggest improvements
• Track progress of customer specific product improvements and measure impact
• Quality assurance of conversations before launch
