Flodesk is one of the world's fastest-growing email marketing companies, built to help creators sell online and design emails that people love to get. Our commitment to small business owners is to create simple and intuitive tools that help them grow, nurture, and monetize their email list.
We're a remote-first company headquartered in San Francisco, California, with a globally distributed team—including an in-person office in Da Nang, Vietnam. Our team reflects the diversity and creativity of the people we serve. Join our mission to level the playing field for small business owners through good design
Who we are:
We're evolving our social media presence to match the future of marketing: fast-moving, video-first, and creator-led. That's where you come in. As our Content Creator & Social Lead, you'll be the on-camera personality, behind-the-scenes producer, and cultural pulse-keeper of the Flodesk brand. You'll own our presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Threads, driving growth and engagement through short-form content, trend-savvy storytelling, and product education that resonates.
You'll work closely with our executive team—including our co-founders and Head of Marketing—to shape and share the larger Flodesk story: why email marketing matters, how it's changing, and why Flodesk is uniquely positioned to serve the next generation of small business owners and creators.
This role is perfect for someone who loves making content that feels human, helpful, and high-impact—someone who can jump from ideating a new video series to filming in-app tutorials, and then editing a story recap from an IRL event.
Ready to help small businesses fall in love with email, one post at a time? If so, this may be the job for you.
What you'll do:
Grow Flodesk's social presence - Engage users on Instagram, TikTok, and Threads, with a focus on short-form video content, narrative storytelling, and creator-first trends
Content creation- Create (and often times star in) compelling, platform-native content that reflects our brand voice and connects with small business owners and digital entrepreneurs
Engage directly with our audience- Foster real-time connection and community growth through conversation, comments, and DMs
Collaboration-
Work closely with Flodesk's execs and the marketing team to translate brand and product narratives into clear, engaging content that educates, inspires, and converts
Partner with product marketing and brand to develop content that supports feature launches, tutorials, and community education
Coordinate with our Partners and internal team to manage content co-creation and social-first campaigns with creators and influencers in our community
Performance optimization- Track performance and optimize for reach, engagement, and business impact using analytics tools
Be in the know- Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and creator economy shifts to ensure our content is always relevant and resonant
