🧩 The Role

We’re looking for a seasoned Graphic Designer to bring cohesion, creativity, and clarity across all brand touchpoints. You’ll bridge the gaps in our current visual system and create standout assets for campaigns, product, and community engagement. This is a collaboration, not a freelance gig—and instead of a salary, we’re offering phantom shares. We're building something long-term, and we want a partner, not just a contributor.

🧠 Responsibilities

  • Create marketing visuals, launch materials, social content, and product visuals
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and audiences
  • Design 3D visuals and light motion graphics for storytelling
  • Contribute to the UI/UX design system across the website and platform
  • Collaborate closely with our brand and marketing team to evolve the visual identity

  • You’ve got 5–7+ years of experience in visual/brand design
  • Strong grasp of design systems, storytelling, and audience-centric visuals
  • Pro in Adobe Suite, Figma, and motion/3D tools like After Effects or Blender
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, early-stage environments
  • You see design as a strategic tool, not just an aesthetic choice
  • Bonus: experience in travel, lifestyle, or community-driven brands
