Backend Developer (Golang and NodeJs)

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Backend Developer (Golang and NodeJs) to join our team. As a GoLang Developer, you’ll work on mission-critical, data-intensive applications, taking full ownership of the software development lifecycle, from design and development to implementation. You'll be at the heart of building cutting-edge solutions, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability.

Requirements

• Solid backend engineer 3-5 years ideally in Go / Golang development.
• Experience with end-to-end software engineering, including system design and architecture.
• NodeJS/React development and data engineering experience are a plus.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Cloud (preferably for financial services or FinTech).
• Possess an agile and startup mentality.
• Understanding of common design patterns and principles e.g. Micro-Services / Mesh.
• Atlassian software development and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
• Previous experience managing engineers and tech delivery teams.
• Speak excellent English & good communication skills.
• A real attention to detail.
• Able to meet project deadlines in a timely manner.
• Communicate on Slack channel with our internal team on a daily basis.
• Experience and familiarity with API design and integration.

Tech Stack:

• Frontend: React Js
• Backend: Golang, NodeJs, Python
• Database: Experience with MongoDB / MSSQL desired; Neo4J is a plus
• Cloud Environment Server: Azure
• Containerization, Docker, Kubernetes etc.
• Grafana or equivalent
