About The Role

Jacoby & Meyers is seeking a skilled and experienced Back End Developer to join our growing remote team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of systems integration, data management, and backend services to support internal operations and external tools.

This position involves maintaining and developing applications, managing data integrations with third-party vendors, and working across a variety of platforms including REST APIs, WebSockets, and SQL databases. You will play a key role in optimizing our digital infrastructure while ensuring efficient and reliable data workflows.

This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity with flexible hours and robust benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide development, server, application, and database support
  • Maintain and build backend systems to support firm-wide operations
  • Administer database structures, fields, and users
  • Develop and manage integrations with third-party APIs (e.g., Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Paylocity, RingCentral, Power BI, CallRail, etc.)
  • Utilize C#, SQL, and JSON in daily development work
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in backend development or systems integration
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently from start to finish
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technical challenges
  • Excellent organization and time management abilities
  • Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Responsive and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

Compensation

Salary Range: $90,000 – $150,000 per year
