We are seeking a motivated and talented Associate Backend Developer (Laravel) to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Laravel and a passion for building scalable and efficient backend solutions. You will work closely with our frontend developers and other team members to deliver high-quality web applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Backend Development: Develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using Laravel.
  • Database Management: Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for backend systems and APIs.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our backend solutions.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in backend development with Laravel.

  • Skills:

  • Proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework.

  • Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar.

  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.

  • Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

  • Preferred: Knowledge of modern backend frameworks and libraries, and experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
