What Are We Looking For
We are searching for an innovative Sr. Amazon Brand Manager who will be working with our client based in the UK. Our client manufactures and sources useful and practical products serving customers all over the world.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing sales and customer data to evaluate the brand’s performance and develop strategies to improve its online visibility and engagement.
We are looking for someone who possesses impeccable written and verbal English communication.
**This is a 100% remote Full-Time role.
In This Role, You Will
- Pricing and Deals: Make pricing adjustments to manage stock levels and maximize profit. You will be fully responsible for this task and report net profit and keyword rankings on a weekly basis.
- Imagery Management: Contribute to improving the attractiveness and conversion rates of main and secondary product imagery. This task will be part of a team effort with partial responsibility, requiring sign-off on main image changes. You'll report on Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Conversion Rates (CVR) as applicable.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and ensure adequate stock levels to prevent outages. You will be fully responsible for flagging inventory issues in the long and short term.
- PPC Campaigns: Monitor PPC spend and make suggestions to increase keyword rankings and profitability.
- Product Research: Identify new trends and validate ideas for new product launches. You will be fully responsible for appraisals and the sample process, with performance measured by the number of launches per year and the brand's net profit.
- Listing Management: Prevent/flag costly issues such as stock outages and listing suppressions. You will be fully responsible for flagging and resolving these issues, with daily monitoring and reporting on net profit and keyword rankings.
- Off-Amazon Marketing: Generate cost-effective traffic to Amazon listings. While this is currently a low-priority task, you'll contribute to this effort with weekly reporting on net profit and cost per acquisition.
- Product Launches and Relaunches: Manage the launch and relaunch of products to maximize profit. You will be fully responsible for identifying and flagging products for launch/relaunch, with daily updates for major launches and weekly summaries for minor projects.
- Customer Reviews: Monitor and flag product issues identified through customer reviews, ensuring they are addressed in subsequent orders or directly in the warehouse. You will be fully responsible for this task, with weekly reporting on review ratings and net profit.
- Brand Strategy and Positioning: Define and maintain the brand’s market position and strategy as part of the overall team effort. Monthly strategy meetings will be held to discuss brand awareness and market share.
About You
Core qualifications:
- 3+ years of Amazon brand management
- Experience in managing international marketplaces (US, UK, EU)
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to drive insights and strategies
- Proven experience in pricing strategies and profit maximization
- Expertise in managing product imagery to enhance attractiveness and conversion rates
- Strong skills in inventory management and stock level monitoring
- Proficiency in PPC campaign optimization and search term management
- Ability to conduct thorough product research and manage new product launches
- Experience in listing management and resolving related issues
- Familiarity with off-Amazon marketing strategies
- Excellent ability to manage and monitor customer reviews for product improvement
- Strategic thinking for brand positioning and market strategy
- Strong analytical skills for KPI reporting and performance evaluation
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills
- Possesses strong project management capabilities
