The Role

We are looking for a Research Executive to join our AI-powered research team, supporting both regional and global clients from our APAC base.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of experience in market research, who is passionate about innovation and wants to work on the future of research—combining qualitative project management, AI tools, and client collaboration.

You will work closely with our AI product and research teams to deliver intelligent, tech-enabled research solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage qualitative research projects end-to-end—from briefing to delivery

Working closely with Head of APAC

Use and support the development of AI-driven research tools (e.g. BoltChatAI, BoltQ, Qualtrics, sentiment analysis)

Liaise with clients and ensure insights meet business needs

Write proposals, discussion guides, and analysis frameworks

Contribute to shaping hybrid research methodologies

Support reporting and storytelling, collaborating across global teams

Identify opportunities to improve research workflows using AI tools

We’re Looking For Someone Who…

Has 2–3 years of experience in a market research agency or similar setting

Is confident in managing qualitative research projects (IDIs, FGDs, online qual)

Has worked with or is excited to learn about AI tools and their use in research

Enjoys client-facing roles and building trusted relationships

Is a strong communicator and team player

Brings curiosity, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset
