Ad Creative Designer (Visuals + Copy)
We are looking for a Creative Designer specialized in ad assets to support our marketing campaigns with compelling visuals, short-form videos, and persuasive copywriting. This role is focused 100% on paid advertising materials, not organic content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design graphics and static ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Create and edit short-form video ads (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) using CapCut.
- Design ad visuals in Canva, following brand guidelines and performance best practices.
- Write copy and captions for ad creatives, focusing on hooks, CTAs, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the performance and strategy team to align messaging and formats with campaign goals.
Requirements:
- English fluency (written and spoken).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital advertising or creative production.
- Portfolio demonstrating ad creatives (graphics + videos + copy).
- Strong proficiency with Canva and CapCut.
- Understanding of what makes ad creatives convert (hooks, structure, testing formats, etc.).
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
- Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads creative specs.
- Experience with A/B testing ad variations.
