We’re looking for an Account Executive (LATAM) to join one of the fastest-growing trade school graduate producers in the U.S. This is a mid-level sales role focused on managing qualified leads, guiding prospects through the enrollment process, and supporting deal closures. You'll play a key role in helping individuals access life-changing education while contributing to a high-growth, mission-driven team.
🗓 Schedule
- Tuesday to Thursday: 1PM – 8PM EST
- Saturday: 9AM – 3PM EST
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage inbound leads and proactively follow up with warm prospects
- Conduct discovery calls to understand needs and deliver compelling value pitches
- Address objections, build trust, and move prospects through the sales funnel
- Schedule follow-ups and assist leadership with closing deals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data in HubSpot (or similar CRM)
- Provide feedback to improve messaging, targeting, and sales workflows
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years in sales, inside sales, or a customer-facing role
- At least 1 year of experience cold calling and prospecting
- Minimum 1 year in an Account Executive position
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Spanish proficiency is a plus)
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple conversations at once
- Professional, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent
- Must be able to work remotely and be available during EST hours
