Podchaser is the industry leader in podcast data and intelligence, helping media buyers, agencies, brands, and platforms navigate the podcasting space with clarity and confidence. We're looking for an Account Executive to join our small, high-performing sales team.

About The Role

This role is for someone who’s sold before someone who’s carried a $100k+ quarterly quota, closed deals in SaaS, media, or podcasting, and understands how to own a pipeline from outreach to close. You’ve worked with decision-makers in media, marketing, or tech. Ideally, you’ve sold in or around the data sales, paid media, intelligence/consulting services, or similar spaces.

What You´ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle, from first contact to inked contract.
  • Manage a pipeline across a mix of inbound, outbound, and referred leads.
  • Lead strategic discovery, build tailored solutions, and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
  • Hit or exceed quota, quarter after quarter, year after year.
  • Partner internally on messaging, segmentation, and improving go-to-market strategy.
  • Keep your CRM clean and your tools sharp.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years in a closing sales role (SaaS, adtech, analytics, or podcasting preferred).
  • Experience selling to marketers, agencies, platforms, or product teams—with strong understanding of their goals.
  • Demonstrated success working against a six figure/quarter quota.
  • Strong written, verbal, and virtual presentation skills and the charisma to close deals
  • A balance of independence and collaboration—you drive your own deals but also can learn from and play well with others.
  • Comfort sourcing your own pipeline—we expect AEs to self-generate a a majority of closed revenue, not just rely on SDR .

  • Experience selling data products, paid media solutions, or strategic intelligence services to marketers, agencies, platforms, or product teams
  • A clear understanding of how audience insights and analytics influence buying decisions and campaign performance
  • Versatility in selling to multiple buyer types—from media teams seeking smarter targeting, to platforms integrating data via API, to enterprises looking for custom research or reporting
