3D Architectural / SketchUp Designer

Location: PH-based, Manila area

Working hours: Philippines 8am-5pm, Tuesday to Saturday

Salary Range: $1800 - 2,500USD/month

About the role:

Our client is seeking a talented 3D Architectural / SketchUp Designer to join their team. This role involves designing branded displays and full stores, as well as working on various architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SketchUp and Adobe Suite, with excellent written and communication skills. V-Ray rendering & SketchUp LayOut experience are a plus. The work centers around understanding of how a customer will engage the space, and designing to guide the client's narrative. The designer must consider, but not be limited by, physical and fabrication realities. This designer should be well-versed in both concept development and general construction practices.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Design branded displays for retail and event spaces.
  • Create full store designs, incorporating client specifications and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure designs meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Utilize SketchUp and Adobe Suite to produce high-quality 3D models and renderings.
  • Develop concepts that support project goals through the use of moodboards, swipes, and sketches

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Suite.
  • At least 3 years of experience in 3D architectural design.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • A portfolio of work showcasing an ability to think and design in a physical space, from a customer perspective
  • Genuine interest in researching latest market trends, finding unique solutions, and deploying tangible design
