The Role:

You’ll own design at Keak - from product UX to brand look-and-feel. Partner with founders and engineers to ship rapid experiments, learn from real users, and iterate in days, not weeks.

What you’ll do:

  • Live in the data: user interviews, heatmaps, session replays, analytics.
  • Turn insights into wireframes, polished UI, and design-system components.
  • Help launch lots of experiments quickly; measure everything with our own testing engine.
  • Keep us visually cohesive while we scale.

What we're looking for:

  • Portfolio that shows exceptional product taste and craft.
  • Bias toward action - v0.5 today, v1.0 tomorrow.
  • Data-curious: you love backing decisions with evidence.
  • Independent, scrappy, and hungry to beat competitors with 100x more employees.
  • Startup-minded - you probably want to build your own one day.
  • ~3 Years of experience.

What success looks like:

You're shipping a lot of experiments fast and they're leading to meaningful product improvements. You're talking to customers all the time and always looking to understand how they use the product and their pain points. You're using the data you collect from talking to them, our internal metrics, analytics and heatmaps to improve the product.
