Job_Summary:

CRIO is a health tech company helping pharma, biotech, research sites, and academic research centers streamline regulatory workflows with one system. They are seeking a Junior Software Engineer who is eager to learn and grow while contributing to meaningful projects in the health tech space.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior engineers and team members on various projects.
  • Assist in developing cloud-based SaaS products and features.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and testing of software components.
  • Participate in code reviews and learn best practices in software development.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications as needed.

Qualifications:

-Required:

  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular).
  • Experience with relational databases (like MySQL) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker is beneficial.
  • Strong desire to learn and adapt.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute.
  • 1-2 years Experience in Software Development.
  • Experience with standard software development practices, with exposure to one or more tools such as Jira and/or Github.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience in computer science, engineering, or a related field required.
  • Candidates must possess the legal right to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

-Preferred:

  • Internship or project experience in software development.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Experience in healthcare or life sciences domains is a plus.
