Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and curious Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing endeavors. This is a great opportunity to deepen your expertise in marketing whether you're early in your career or have a few years of experience.

You will learn marketing tech stack - from managing a website to advertising platforms. You will coordinate incoming leads, tweak the lead flow and work with the sales reps to improve the overall sales performance. You will work with our marketing agency on our campaign performance and we will need your creative side for our social media presence.

We are a small dynamic team experimenting with different marketing approaches and as such, you will be exposed to a wide array of marketing experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain our website content and apply SEO best practices.
  • Help maintain the marketing tech stack including our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Manage incoming leads from campaigns (paid, direct, email, influencer, chatbot).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the lead flow.
  • Contribute to and refresh marketing content on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate with marketing agencies on our ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance for reporting and provide recommendations.
  • Manage social media platforms (e.g. Meta, YouTube, Linkedin, etc.).
  • Publish marketing content and newsletters.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate activities with other teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics.
  • A collaborative, curious, and proactive mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills And Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with CRM, Advertising platforms, and/or analytical tools.
  • We are a tech company, and as such we appreciate technical knowledge and expertise.
