Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Java Developer Trainee to join our remote development team. This internship is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience with Java-based backend systems, APIs, and enterprise-grade applications. You'll work on real-world projects and learn from experienced developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, coding, and testing Java applications
• Develop and maintain backend components, services, and APIs
• Work with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) for data storage and access
• Debug and troubleshoot code to improve performance and reliability
• Collaborate with the development team on architecture and design decisions
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong foundation in Java, OOP, and data structures
• Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot or Hibernate
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and MVC architecture
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git, GitHub)
• Exposure to web development or front-end basics
• Understanding of Maven, Gradle, or build tools
• Familiarity with deployment, unit testing, and CI/CD concepts
