About The Role
Our client is on the lookout for a proactive and creative Graphic Designer to join our lean, high-performing marketing team. You’ll be key in delivering impactful visual content across digital campaigns, emails, social media, web banners, landing pages, and occasional print materials.
This is a hands-on design role that requires both creative thinking and efficiency in execution.
Responsibilities:
Design digital assets including:
Email campaigns
Website banners and graphics
Social media posts
Animated GIFs or simple motion elements for digital channels
Create lockups and branding assets for marketing campaigns
Produce occasional print collateral (e.g., in-store posters, forms, signage)
Collaborate with the team on landing page visuals and Shopify content updates
Support minor video editing or animation needs for marketing content
Assist with internal brand collateral (e.g., real estate mockups for council approvals)
Ensure consistency with the client's brand across all touch points
Occasionally assist in building emails in Emarsys (training provided if needed)
Work with Asana for task tracking and Google Drive for shared assets.
Requirements:
3-5 years of professional graphic design experience.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro for video editing or motion graphics is nice to have.
Experience designing assets for:
Email marketing campaigns
Web banners and landing pages
Social media content
Print collateral (e.g., posters, in-store signage)
Familiarity with Shopify, particularly working within templated layouts.
Comfortable using email platforms such as Emarsys, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
Understanding of HTML5 and CSS for animated or interactive digital assets.
Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for collaboration and content sharing.
Experience using Asana or other project management tools for task tracking.
Collaborative approach with a focus on process efficiency and continuous improvement.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
