- Quickly prototype, test, and launch MVPs and user-facing features.
- Collaborate daily with engineers, product managers, and designers.
- Ensure performance and usability across the entire stack.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and improving quality.
- Help troubleshoot and solve problems across the frontend and backend
You Bring:
- 3–5 years of experience building fullstack or frontend/backend-heavy applications.
- Experience with a modern frontend framework like React, Vue, or similar.
- At least 1 year of experience with Python.
- Comfortable working with APIs (RESTful, GraphQL, or gRPC).
- Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and basic experience with NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
- Basic experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- A startup mindset—adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable with change.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills.
Bonus Points:
- Experience working in software services companies or software factories, especially delivering MVPs across multiple projects.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, microservices, or testing frameworks.
- Interest or experience in legal tech or other mission-driven spaces.
What’s Offered:
- Remote First: Work from Mexico City, Cancún, or nearby areas with flexible hours. You’ll occasionally visit the office (about once or twice per month) for feature launches and team syncs.
- Competitive Pay: $3,500–$5,500 USD/month (contractor), depending on experience.
- Professional Growth: Access to mentorship, training, and meaningful projects.
- Quality Equipment: Everything you need to perform at your best.
- Collaborative Team: Friendly, practical colleagues who genuinely support each other.
