Location: Remote (India, IST time zone)

Type: Internship (intensive, problem‑solving focused)

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month post training period

Company: Insight Fusion Analytics

Company Overview

Insight Fusion Analytics builds data‑driven products across analytics, machine learning, trading, and automation. We ship fast, learn fast, and solve real problems. If you love diving deep, owning outcomes end‑to‑end, and staying wired‑in until the problem is solved, you’ll fit right in.

If you’re looking for a comfortable 9–5, consider our other roles. For this team, we want crazy‑passionate problem solvers who thrive on hard challenges and rapid iteration.

How This Works

  • Training period: 1 month or less (depending on your pace). Learn our stack, workflows, and push real code—no filler.
  • 48-hour hackathon: Prove your skills under real-world constraints—team or solo.
  • Post-training: You’re eligible for the stipend and real project ownership.

Role Overview

As a Full‑Stack Developer Intern, you will design, build, and ship features across the stack—frontend, backend, databases, testing, and deployment. You’ll work on internal tools, dashboards, scrapers, APIs, and micro‑services that power analytics and trading applications.

This is a hands‑on, ship‑to‑learn role. Expect ownership, code reviews, fast feedback, and real production constraints.

What You’ll Do

  • Build responsive web apps with React/Next.js (or equivalent modern framework).
  • Develop scalable APIs using Node.js/Express/NestJS (Python FastAPI/Django REST is a plus).
  • Design schemas and write efficient queries for PostgreSQL/MySQL or MongoDB; use Prisma/TypeORM/SQLAlchemy where relevant.
  • Implement authentication & authorization (JWT/session, role‑based access control).
  • Work with queues, background jobs, WebSockets/Server‑Sent Events, and Redis for caching.
  • Write automated tests (unit, integration, basic e2e with Jest/Vitest/Playwright).
  • Package and deploy services using Docker; ship to Vercel, Render, Fly.io, AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Instrument logging, error tracking, and basic observability.
  • Document decisions, create clean READMEs, and follow a lightweight Git workflow.

Must‑Have Qualifications

  • Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Practical experience with React (or Next.js) and Node.js.
  • Comfort with RESTful APIs, JSON, and HTTP basics.
  • Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and SQL.
  • Ability to debug, profile, and reason about performance.
  • Bias to action: you can independently read docs, unblock yourself, and deliver.

Good to Have

  • Next.js App Router, server actions, edge/runtime concepts.
  • Python (FastAPI), or Go for services.
  • PostgreSQL expertise (migrations, indexes, query plans) and Redis.
  • Realtime apps (WebSockets), background workers, CRON jobs.
  • Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), basic cloud infra.
  • Web scraping with Playwright and ETL pipelines.
  • Charts/dashboards with Plotly/Recharts/ECharts.
