OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a results-oriented and highly analytical Email Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience managing large-scale email campaigns, optimizing automation workflows, and delivering data-driven insights to improve performance. Familiarity with Apollo, CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce, and a sharp eye for metrics are essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, build, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using Apollo and integrated CRM systems.
- Create personalized, engaging, and conversion-driven email content tailored to different audience segments.
- Set up and manage email automation workflows, drip campaigns, and nurture sequences.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging, timing, and targeting strategies.
- Leverage Apollo for lead generation, enrichment, segmentation, and campaign execution.
- Integrate and manage campaigns through CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot or Salesforce), ensuring data hygiene and workflow accuracy.
- Analyze and report on email campaign KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions, bounce rates, unsubscribe rates, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
- Continuously optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation strategies, and audience profiling.
- Prepare detailed, clear performance reports and dashboards to share with stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with email compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices in deliverability and sender reputation.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably in the eLearning, SaaS, or B2B tech sector.
- Proficiency in Apollo for email outreach and lead data management.
- Deep experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or other major CRMs to manage and track email campaign workflows.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing KPIs and the ability to translate data into meaningful reports and decisions.
- Demonstrated success in campaign performance optimization and reporting to cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail, with a strong grasp of email copywriting, formatting, and design alignment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote, fast-paced environment.
