Job Title: CRM Sales Funnel & Marketing Specialist

Job Type: Remote, Full-Time, 9AM - 5PM EST (Monday - Friday)

Job Description:

Remote VA PH is looking for a CRM Sales Funnel & Marketing Specialist with experience in Go High Level CRM and Facebook Ads Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales funnels, executing follow-ups, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive conversions and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• CRM & Sales Funnel Management:

• Set up, automate, and manage sales funnels in Go High Level CRM

• Create and optimize automated follow-up sequences to nurture leads

• Track and analyze lead behavior to improve conversion rates

• Manage contact lists, pipeline stages, and client communications

• Marketing & Facebook Ads Management:

• Set up, manage, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns for lead generation

• Monitor ad performance and adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets

• A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and copy to improve ROI

• Integrate Facebook leads with Go High Level CRM for seamless automation

• Lead Nurturing & Follow-up:

• Implement SMS, email, and call follow-up sequences for potential clients

• Ensure timely and effective communication with leads to maximize conversions

• Maintain and refine scripts and messaging for outreach campaigns

Requirements

• Proven experience with Go High Level CRM (setting up automation, funnels, workflows)
• Strong expertise in Facebook Ads Manager (ad setup, targeting, optimization)
• Understanding of sales funnels and conversion strategies
• Experience with email marketing, SMS marketing, and automation tools
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
