OVERVIEW:

We are currently seeking a highly focused and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional time management, content creation, and reporting skills, with a strong background in social media marketing, campaign execution, and digital communications. Attention to deadlines and delivery commitments is critical for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and publish engaging social media content using Canva, maintaining consistent branding and messaging across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok).

  • Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with TechClass’s marketing goals and business objectives.

  • Take full ownership of publishing and managing blog posts produced by content writers.

  • Write and refine compelling marketing copy for social media posts, website content, newsletters, and landing pages.

  • Conduct profiling of prospects and leads, contributing to targeted communication and personalized marketing efforts.

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to engagement, content reach, and campaign performance.

  • Deliver concise and actionable reports to stakeholders, showcasing campaign outcomes, audience insights, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies are fully integrated and delivered on time.

  • Stay informed about digital marketing trends and apply best practices to continuously optimize TechClass's outreach and engagement.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within the eLearning or education industry.
  • Proven experience with Canva for content design and social media campaign execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling marketing content and manage publishing schedules.
  • Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for tone, clarity, and engagement.
  • Excellent reporting and communication skills, with a history of producing actionable marketing reports.
  • Strong English language proficiency, both written and verbal, essential for content creation and internal communication.
  • Effective time management, task prioritization, and ability to meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, contributing proactively to team objectives.
