About The Role

You’re the creative heartbeat of the brand. You’ll take full ownership of visual and written content across ads, email, video, and social. From scripting a killer TikTok to designing a high-converting email, you bring clarity, speed, and polish to every touchpoint. This is a hands-on, creatively driven role with a strong performance mindset—you’re equally passionate about stunning design, snappy copy, and ROI.

We’re looking for someone who lives at the intersection of creative, social, and strategy: a designer who can write, a writer who understands video, and a marketer who gets how content drives results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Asset Production: Design and iterate on static and motion assets for paid social (carousels, Reels, UGC edits, story graphics).
  • Short-Form Video Creation: Edit and optimize short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
  • Email & Lifecycle Marketing: Write, design, launch, and optimize emails and automated flows in platforms like Klaviyo.
  • Social Media Content: Plan, schedule, and publish branded social content. Align storytelling with seasonal campaigns, product launches, and performance data.
  • Copywriting: Craft scripts, headlines, CTAs, and captions for ad creatives, landing pages, and emails that convert.
  • Content Coordination: Brief and manage UGC creators, influencers, and partners. Maintain a content library with proper permissions and organization.
  • AI & Efficiency: Use AI tools for scriptwriting, visual content generation, repurposing, and testing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with growth and marketing leads to align creative output with campaign goals and performance data.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in creative marketing, lifecycle/email marketing, or content creation
  • Strong portfolio that showcases paid ad creative, social content, email design, and short-form video
  • Proficient in design and editing tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
  • Experience producing or managing UGC, TikTok, or influencer content
  • Excellent command of written English with demonstrated copywriting chops
  • Experience writing copy for performance: ads, landing pages, CTAs, and email
  • Familiarity with email platforms like Klaviyo (or similar)
  • Highly organized, efficient, and self-directed
  • Interest in health, wellness, or longevity space is a big plus
  • Bonus: Experience with basic web/landing page design or light CMS work
