Your Role:
As a Backend Engineer, you'll build new features and MVPs, working closely with a team focused on practical solutions and fast-paced delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop backend services and APIs, primarily using Python
- Quickly prototype, develop, and release MVPs and new product features.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers.
- Help optimize data storage and real-time data processing systems.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality improvements.
- Work closely with senior team members to solve challenging problems.
You Bring:
- 3–5 years of backend development experience.
- Experience developing APIs (RESTful, GraphQL, or gRPC).
- Comfortable with relational databases (like PostgreSQL or MySQL) and some experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- A proactive, flexible, startup mindset—comfortable with rapid changes.
- Good problem-solving skills and clear communication in English.
Bonus Points:
- Experience working in software services companies or software factories, delivering MVPs or multiple projects rapidly.
- Familiarity with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Interest or experience in legal tech or similar fields.
