Contract – Potential Temp to Perm

Remote – must be based in NYC or Miami (EST).

Pay: $55- 70/hr (Dependent on Experience Level)**

Overview

We are seeking a talented and innovative Art Director to join our team. This role is crucial for the successful launch of our beauty brand, with the first product set to hit the market soon. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense and an ability to create a cool, engaging vibe across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts that align with brand guidelines.
• Provide input during photoshoots and ensure high-quality visuals across all channels including in-store, digital, social media, and email marketing.
• Oversee the collaboration with a creative agency and maintain effective communication.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of email marketing tone and strategy.
• Manage and mentor a graphic designer.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio showcasing multi-disciplinary design and art direction work.
• Experience working with high growth beauty brands.
• Experience in overseeing creative projects from concept to execution.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with current design trends and a keen eye for aesthetics.
